Damon is a business and marketing graduate with post-graduate qualifications in management and digital business. He has worked across several sectors including consumer goods and services, retail, development and construction and adventure, leisure and entertainment in executive roles.
In his most recent role, Damon joined Urbnsurf as CEO with a mandate to deliver Australia’s first surf park & drive continued growth of the business. Shifting quickly from a start-up project into an enterprise level operating business, he holds a unique achievement of being the only CEO in the world to have developed, built, launched & operated 2 surf-parks in an entirely new industry.
Damon enjoys working on complex problems and challenges, he has a strong focus on people and leadership and has a reputation for building lasting relationships with all levels of organisations he has worked for and with. He has been recognised & awarded globally across this & other roles for innovation, leadership & exceptional delivery.
